Cancellation and Refund Policies

Reservation needs to be made at least 4days prior to your arrival.
Penalties for cancellation will be applied as below.

• Before 3 days : 20% of fully payment will be charged as penalty
• Before 2 days : 30% of fully payment will be charged as penalty
• Before 1 days : 40% of fully payment will be charged as penalty
• No Show or cancellation within 24hrs : 50% of fully payment will be charged as penalty

※ Peak Season : 7/15~8/23 , 12/15~2/28

• Before 1 days : 50% of fully payment will be charged as penalty
• No Show or cancellation within 24hrs : 80% of fully payment will be charged as penalty
